The three main types of delivery methods are:

  • Construction Management

    Under a construction management contract, our team will often work with your design team at an early stage, which enables us to provide advanced input on budgeting, constructability and scheduling.

  • Stipulated Price

    In a stipulated price delivery method, we are typically engaged after a client has worked with a design team on their project. We will provide pricing and scheduling based on the completed design documents.

  • Design/Build

    We can engage a design team and provide you with a quote to design and build your project. In this delivery method, we will manage your project through every phase, from design to construction.

  • Design Review – reviewing the design with the Consultants and recommending efficient methods of construction

  • Initial Budget – completion of an initial budget based upon the Development Permit drawings

  • Managing Design Changes – continually monitoring design and updating the budget as necessary when changes are made

  • Advising on Tender – monitoring market conditions and advising the project team on ideal timing for tendering

  • Reviewing with Subtrades – reviewing the project with qualified subtrades to ensure that full coverage pricing is received by firms that can complete the project on schedule without significant issues

  • Developing and Monitoring the Project Schedule – determining a project schedule that encompasses design, permits and construction and monitoring the schedule on a regular basis

  • Project Staffing – ensuring the project has qualified people at every level

  • Safety and Environmental Programs – incorporating safety and environmental programs into the project and ensure the programs are adhered to at all times

  • Managing the Project Team – working with the project team to complete the project quickly and efficiently while ensuring that quality is delivered
